Ronster Rides Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ronster Rides, quality and service are our top priority. To insure customer satisfaction and product integrity, we are committed to resolving any warranty and service concerns. Please carefully review the following details regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds:

Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Please email service@ronsterrides.com.
  • After 24 Hours: Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Returns

  • Bikes: Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns. If the box is seriously damaged on delivery, take photos, and reach out to service@ronsterrides.com.
  • Batteries: All battery sales are final and non-returnable unless covered under warranty. Warranty returns require approval and depend on the OEM manufacturer’s policies.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Additional Notes

  • Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon delivery or pickup of all bike orders to ensure proper receipt.
  • Warranty Coverage: Warranty claims for batteries or other products must be pre-approved and are subject to the terms outlined in our warranty policy.
